How do I Book a Transfer?
Go to Book Your Transfer Now and fill out the booking form.
1. step
Enter your pickup point, drop off point, date and time for pickup, and number of passengers.
If you want to book a return transfer in the same booking then pick Return (new ride) as Transfer type – then provide date and time for Return pickup. In case of Return (new ride) transfer type the pickup location is considered as your original drop off location.
To confirm your information click on Book now.
2. Step
This is the step where you choose type of a vehicle and extras if you need any (Child seat for example).
Go to next step by clicking a button “Enter Contact Details”
3. Step
Enter your contact details.
If you have any note for us, you can write it in the Comment section.
If you are arriving or departing from an Airport please be kind to provide a name of an Airline and your Flight number. This information will help our drivers to check status.
If you need an invoice with your company details then fill out the Billing Address as well.
Currently we only accept payment through Stripe, which means you need a Credit or Debit card to make a booking.
Note: Check your booking Summary before proceeding to last step – payment.
Last step – Payment
When you click on Book now you will be redirected to Stripe payment processor.
When you make a payment your booking will be confirmed and you will be redirected to a Confirmation page.
By successful payment you will get an email with your Top Transfer Booking details.

What are the payment methods?
We accept Credit and Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Discover). Payment is proccessed securely with Stripe.
What are luggage capacity of the vehicles?
When choosing a vehicle, the capacity for passengers and luggage is indicated. However, the luggage capacity is indicated for airline regular onboard luggage.
If you have Check in luggage consider halving the indicated number.
For example:
Standard vehicle (indicated for 4 luggages)
can fit up to 4 airline regular onboard luggages or 2 Check in luggages or 1 Check in luggage and 2 regular onboard luggage.
IMPORTANT: Be advised that the vehicle selection is tailored to accommodate the number of passengers traveling and that it’s always recommended to enter the information about your amount / sizes of luggage in the note field for the driver; that would allow the dispatch team to assign the most suitable vehicle for your needs.
Where are you located?
We are located in Ljubljana, Slovenia. Our transfers are mostly from or to Slovenia and nerby countries.
We provide transfers from Slovenia to Croatia, Austria, Italy, Hungary, Deutschland, Switzerland, France, Serbia, Bosnia & Hercegovina, Macedonia. These countries can also be pickup points, but destination (drop off point) should be near our Base – Ljubljana, Slovenia.
What is the cancellation policy?
When your booking is confirmed and we recieved the payment, the cancellation of your booking is possible at least 24 hours before service.
Please note that we will refund you the full amount of payment minus transactional fees.
